Ministerial systems in the Bible

The main thing is that we do not read in the Bible of a system of placed workers (preachers/ministers) in pairs or otherwise as 'the workers' do.

We know that traveling preachers (such as Paul) lived sometimes with believers as he traveled. We do not know if he went from house to house. We do not know how many times he had one or more or no companions.

We know that Paul established churches.
We know he ordained elders and commended both to the Holy Spirit.
We know he returned to visit his converts.
We know if there were problems that he either went or sent someone.

The ministerial system of the workers simply is not in the Bible."
