Fallacy of Silence

You can deduce nothing from silence, except silence. It neither proves or disproves a situation. You can "make" silence say anything you want it to say...Christian doctrines are not derived from silence. I like the Church of Christ slogan that goes something like this: "Where the Bible speaks, we speak; where the Bible is silent, we are silent.
